Two international standards are applied in the translation services sector in our country. One of them is ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the other is EN 15038 Translation Services Management System. The Quality Management System standard was established to ensure the quality of services provided to customers. However, translation work is a service in a different structure and in time the standards prepared specifically for this service have been needed. EN 15038 standards this emerged from need.
