·         First, the current status of the organization is determined. The requirements of the system are compared with the existing conditions in that organization and the differences are revealed. During this preliminary assessment, the organization's status against legal requirements is also determined. It is checked whether the employees are satisfied with the working conditions and whether the working environment is healthy and safe. At this point, the report to be prepared is submitted to the senior management and a cost-benefit analysis is conducted to question the fate of the system building efforts.

·         Behind Social Responsibility Management System A plan for the establishment of A team is formed to carry out the work and a plan is made including the time and strength of the employees. The plan identifies the issues to be addressed and those responsible and shows them on a timeline.

·         Then trainings are planned for the employees. Trainings are given primarily to key employees and all employees behind them. Training programs are not done at the same intensity for everyone. Separate trainings are planned according to the powers and responsibilities of the employees.

·         Finally, the activities for establishing a Social Responsibility Management System are initiated. ·         During the application, internal inspections are started. After the system installation is completed, the operation and compliance of the system in accordance with the plans made are checked by internal audits. If a nonconformity is detected, they are handled in a plan.

·         As with any quality system, senior management will carry out revisions in this system and will request corrective and preventive actions when needed.
