BRC Food, Food Safety System Standard requires compliance with:

  • Senior management commitment: BRC Food, Food Safety System Standard In order to meet the relevant requirements, an upper management commitment is required.
  • HACCP plan: Ensuring the safety of the product itself and the production process by focusing on food safety and product quality at any stage during production, focusing on potential food safety hazards.
  • Quality Management System: Preparation of structural and managerial policies and procedures underlying the Food Safety System.
  • Pre-requisite programs: Ensuring environmental and operational conditions that are important for safe food production in the food sector. These controls are controls made under Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Hygiene Practices.

BRC Food, Food Safety System There is an introduction paragraph at the beginning of each section. BRC Food, Food Safety System Certificate any company that wishes to receive and undergo a audit may only be entitled to receive a certificate if it has fulfilled the requirements specified herein.

  • Control of operations (item 6.1)
  • Training (item 7.1)

Certification body If any of them cannot be met during the inspections carried out by the Company, the relevant firm BRC Food, Food Safety System Certificate or the existing certificate can not be taken back. In this case, the entire inspection shall be carried out once again at a later date.
