A project is designed and developed within the company considering customer needs and expectations. After approval by the General Manager, the project is presented to the customer. At this point, if the customer requests any changes, the necessary changes are made on the project and the customer is informed about the changes made after approval by the General Manager.

This procedure mainly includes rules on how to carry out, control and approve design and development works in line with the requests and expectations arising from customers, employees, top management or legal regulations.
The company has to carry out its design and development activities in a plan in order to meet product demands effectively. A leader is also assigned to the project before a plan is prepared. The project leader is responsible for making design and development plans, following the stages of the project, making the necessary controls and directing the project in short. Design and development it is also the responsibility of the project leader to form the team that will carry out the work of the project. The project leader may assign different powers and responsibilities to some members of the team depending on the subject and nature of the project.
ISO 9001: 2015 A project design and development form should be prepared by the people working in the units to initiate the design and development projects. The project leader records the team members involved in the project, their work and their authority and responsibilities in this form. A copy of this form is also sent to the quality management authority after each change.
