  • Identification and traceability

The aim of this study is to provide the traceability of these products or services. Customer lists are kept for this purpose. This list serves as a key to the retrospective monitoring of the service provided to customers.

  • Customer ownership

Companies, raw materials, packaging materials and similar materials used to produce a goods or services, the customer may have delivered to the company. Customers may have requested the use of these materials in production. In this case, such materials delivered to the company are those that are owned by the customer but whose responsibility is the protection and use of the company.
