4.1 General conditions

Is a Quality Management System established in accordance with the requirements of this standard established, documented, implemented, sustained and its effectiveness is continuously improved?

Are the processes and all applications required by the Quality Management System defined?

Has the interaction of processes been identified?

Have the necessary criteria and methods been established to ensure the effectiveness of operation and control of processes?

Have the resources and information been prepared to support the running and monitoring of processes?

Are these processes measured, analyzed, and implemented in order to achieve planned results and to continuously improve processes?

Are these processes managed by the company in accordance with the conditions specified in the relevant standard?

If any processes that affect the suitability of the product require outsourcing, are such processes controlled?

4.2 Documentation requirements

Does the Quality Management System documentation cover the quality policy and quality objectives prepared, the quality manual, the documented processes the system requires, the documents required to ensure effective planning, execution and control of the processes and the records required by the standard?

Is a quality manual prepared and maintained?

Does the quality manual contain the scope and details of the Quality Management System, documented procedures, and explanations of interactions between business processes?

Are the documents deemed necessary by the Quality Management System checked?

Were the documents approved for qualification before being published, updated if necessary, easily accessible and removed documents that were outdated?

Are records created and maintained to prove that the Quality Management System is implemented effectively and in compliance with the requirements?

5. Management responsibility

Does senior management periodically review the system to ensure the consistency, adequacy and effectiveness of the Quality Management System?

Is the management review documented?

Is it necessary to collect the necessary information that allows management to carry out this assessment?
