ECE R10 Automotive EMC Test

This regulation is a type approval test for European automotive electronics. RF contains various assays, including immunity and emissions, transient immunity and emissions. It now includes a requirement for explosion, surge, harmonics and vibration, and provides advice and requirements for electric vehicles.

Less than 4 wheel as defined in the L, M, N and O categories of documents and components (as well as 2 wheels, 3 wheeled vehicles), cars, trucks, coaches, and so on. Motor vehicles and separate technical units intended to be installed in these vehicles are subject to this procedure on electromagnetic compatibility.

The ECE R 10 replaces the 2004 / 104 / EC Directive, the 'mark'. This Regulation introduces the 'E' type approval which applies to the European market and beyond (including more than 50 including Europe, Australia, Japan, Russian Federation, etc.).

EMC / EMI Electromagnetic Compatibility

The EMC Test aims to determine the performance degradation, deterioration and the relation of the devices with these effects as a result of electromagnetic waves emitted by the electrical and electronic devices during operation. It is a series of successive tests and demonstrates the compatibility of products with each other. The purpose of the Tesl is to see that the maximum electromagnetic disturbance generated by the device will not interfere with the use of designated devices. You can apply for an EMC test to Türcert.
