The obligation to attach CE marking to the products included in the New Approach Directives is a requirement for all products to be entered into the European Union market in accordance with the provisions of the relevant directive. For this reason, CE marking shall be put:

If any private or public institution or organization produces a product that enters these product groups, CE label must put. The basic principle of the Customs Union Agreement between Turkey and the European Union is the principle of free movement of goods. Therefore, the technical arrangements between us and the union are harmonized. With the completion of the harmonization studies of the legal regulations, it has become obligatory to place the CE label on the products included in the directives. The CE marking is a safety mark for these products and the products to be submitted to the member country markets must bear the CE mark.

In this context, private or public institutions or organizations that will produce products and offer this product to the European Union market must therefore obtain the CE Certificate for their products.
