The work plan is made in order to plan various activities within a certain period of time. The work plan in order to convince the decision-makers to accept them, then to guide the activities that should be implemented within a determined period.
Work plans are a planning and management tool that provides a general framework for the activities to be carried out. It guides the conduct of activities within the said period.
Within the Quality Management System, it is important that the activities are planned and carried out in compliance with the plan and ISO 9001 Annual Work Plan for this purpose.
Below is an example of an annual work plan. In general, all companies implement a similar plan.
The areas of information on the Annual Work Plan are:
- Document number (Number of Annual Work Plan)
- Date of publication (the date when the Annual Work Plan was first published)
- Revision no (the number of times the Annual Work Plan was revised)
- Revision date (the date when the Annual Work Plan was last revised)
- Page number (number of pages of the Annual Work Plan)
- Planned jobs (List of jobs included in the Annual Work Plan)
- Months (which work is planned in which month during the year)
- Prepared (Name, surname and title of the person who prepared the Annual Work Plan)
- Checker (Name, surname and title of the person who checks the Annual Work Plan)
- Approvers (Name, surname and title of the person who approved the Annual Work Plan)
