- Evaluation of employee evaluation study report
- Evaluation of customer complaints
- Evaluation of corrective and preventive action proposals
During the meeting, the persons who will be responsible for solving the problems or problems discussed and the deadline for which a solution is expected are also decided.
The meeting notes prepared are announced to all employees within one week after being signed by the participants.
