Enterprises establish various units within the organizational structures to design, produce, and market a good or service. One of these units is human resources and it is actually a unit that concerns all other units of the enterprise and organizes all employees. Until recently, human resources were seen as a unit that only recruited employees, but it is not enough to carry out this activity. ISO 9001: The 2015 Personnel Recruitment Instruction is designed to regulate the principles of activities for the provision of the human resources necessary for an enterprise. The application instruction only covers the candidates to be recruited.

The Human Resources Unit evaluates the recruitment requests coming from the enterprise in terms of whether it is urgent and necessary or not and starts the recruitment works accordingly.

He / She shares incoming job applications and resume information with the unit managers requesting personnel and evaluates them by taking into consideration the employee criteria determined for the enterprise. Then, the eligible candidates are invited for an interview. After the last assessment, the employment contract is signed with the employee who is decided to be employed.

Preparing an orientation program for new employees is also an important step. Orientation works are carried out with the aim of adapting new employees to the company and existing employees.

In addition, no matter how experienced the new employees are, it is important to organize a short on-the-job training within the unit in terms of getting used to the new organization.

Human Resources also collects the necessary documents such as criminal record, recruitment certificate, health report and photograph, and opens a personnel file.

During the trial period, human resources are monitored by the relevant unit managers and the new employee and at the end of the period, a re-evaluation work is carried out with the related unit.
