The project is a planning, programming and implementation process for the production of any goods or services, starting from the draft studies, in order to produce the goods or services according to their qualifications in the most realistic methods. Enterprises can produce various projects in order to improve their existing products and services and to develop new products and services under market conditions.
Preparing a project means using the appropriate time, grounds and facilities for the goods or services to be produced. Producing a project creates a personal or social perspective for the enterprise over time. People who develop projects are thoughtful, intuitive, observer and researcher people. These people are able to establish cause-effect relationships quickly. However, there should be a method of project development.
An enterprise should support projects to increase production efficiency, reduce costs, increase competitiveness and produce new products. ISO 9001: 2015 Preparing project The procedure is a document regulating the procedures and principles of the studies to be carried out for this purpose.
The purpose of the project must first be demonstrated. Why is this project designed and what benefits will it provide? The method of operation should also be explained. It should be clear how the project work will be carried out and which techniques will be used and which tools and equipment will be needed.
The results to be obtained at the end of the project should be supported by figures and presented clearly. In particular, it is important to use shapes, pictures, graphics, and tables. The benefits to be obtained should be compared with similar previous studies and the reasons should be clearly stated.
A project consists of different phases and should be reassessed after each phase with a holistic approach. Problems that may arise can prevent the previous or next stage. Projects should be overcome with solid teamwork and experience sharing.
Projects can emerge as a proposal or a need. The preliminary review phase of a project is important. This is the stage where the planned activity is investigated where, how, how and according to which criteria. After this stage, studies are done. The details of the project and the gains to be made are shaped at this stage. After that, the activity to be carried out is well shaped and the time and manner of action related to the works to be done are planned. The next stage is the design, planning and approval by management of the plants, inputs and mode of production. In the meantime, the project should have a social, environmental and economic evaluation. The project should be evaluated for cost, employment, profitability, life and resources.
After all these stages are passed, the project is submitted for approval.
