Unsuitable products identified as raw materials during the quality control at the facility entrance or during the quality control processes after production are separated by putting a label on them and recorded on the inappropriate product form.
Products that do not have any label or products that have not been tested or inspected, or products that have been found to be unsuitable as a result of testing and inspection are essentially not reused.
As raw material at the facility entrance quality control products that are found to be inappropriate during the course, are either accepted and resolved to be used by eliminating the nonconformity, or not accepted at all and returned to the purchased company.
The parts of the products that are found to be inappropriate during the quality control processes after the production are separated and allowed to be re-used. In this case, previous tests and examinations are performed again. Or unsuitable products can be used after seeing repair and correction. However, products that are not suitable for re-use are scrapped.
